No matter what design or pattern or functions the product comes with, it does not get the demand it deserves till the ideas are spread to the public. Many people nowadays have used the TV industrial complex method to spread the ideas and attract the public but realised it did not do much to spread the ideas across.
The consumers have many choices to choose from and very little time, therefore, they just tend to ignore the rest. Seth Godin also says that it's not wise to follow the idea of 'Average product for average people'. you have to be remarkable, something worthy of being remark upon. If your product is remarkable it'll spread from one person to another and eventually spread out and the product becomes well known. I agree with how Seth says that by finding someone who cares and wants to listen to what the whole product or idea is about , and telling them about the idea will greatly increase the chances of the product to be remarkable.
