What happens when you're given too much responsibility and it becomes unmanagable? How do we encourage creative people to brush off their anxiety and do their works with passion? How does one let their creative minds live? In my opinion, it's not about keeping up to expectations or having to be the best in everything, it's about being passionate and dedicated to what you love and how you want you express yourself through your works. I have had such anxiety throughtout my life, till now. I've always felt like my ideas were not good enough, were not perfect. I was afraid that people might look down on it or that it might be a failure, but that's not true. There's more to just being successful and it's not about working hard, it's about working smart.. I feel that everyone needs to embrace their creative thoughts and express it the way they want to do so instead of throwing the ideas away, whether it's right or wrong, you should stick to your decision and learn from the mistakes you make. That's how you'll eventually get to succeed. Video link: http://www.ted.com/talks/elizabeth_gilbert_on_genius?language=en
